Easy made vegan sweet potato pizza

Ready for a super delicious, fast and easy made pizza during quarantine life that is healthy on top?

Here you go! And best part is that you on’t need many ingredients and can be creative with them as well!

Additionally, you can make healthy sweet potage chips for your stay at home movie night.

  • 4-5 sweet potatoes

  • egg plant

  • zucchini

  • peas

  • corn

  • rapeseed oil

  • basil

  • peel off sweet potatoes and cut in very thin slices & add oil and lay them out on baking tray

  • leave some slices aside for the potatoes chips

  • cut egg plant in very thin slices and add oil lay them on top of sweet potatoe slices

  • cut zucchinis in very thin slices and add oil lay them on top of sweet potatoe slices

  • add peas as topping

  • add corn as topping

  • season with basil

  • put in oven for around 20 minutes (I have a function where you can cook and steam if you don’t have that try 10 minutes circulating air and then two.sited heat)

  • put the thin slices on an extra baking tray and bake them with the pizza
