Vegan & sugar free banana bread

This vegan banana bread is the hit among my friends and their kids! Best part about it is that it’s vegan and doesn’t contain any industrial sugar! This is also why it’s perfect for babies and little kids. It is also really easy and quick to make. Try it out and you will see that everyone likes it.

  • 3 RIPE BANANAS (THE SWEATER THE BETTER)

  • 300 G SPELLED FLOUR

  • 1 TBSP LINSEED & 3 TBSP OF TAP WATER

    (LET IT SET FOR 5 MINUTES, THIS WILL BE THE REPLACEMENT FOR THE EGG)

  • 1 PACKGAE BAKING POWDER

  • 1 TBSP VANILLA EXTRACT

  • 4 TBSP OF COCONUT OIL

  • OPTIONAL: ADD SOME FRUITS LIKE APPLE OR RAISINS, ALMONDS ETC. TO IT

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, top and bottom heat

  2. Heat up the coco nut oil to make it liquid (the oil will make the bread extra fluffy and juicy)

  3. Mash the bananas with a fork so that it looks like porridge. Put the mashed bananas in a large bowl and mix well with the vanilla extract, coconut oil and linseed.

  4. Put the flour in an extra bowl and mix with the baking powder. Then gradually add the flour to the other ingredients and mix well.

  5. Add optional ingredients like fruits or almonds etc. to it

  6. Brush the baking pan with coconut oil, so that nothing sticks onto it after removing the bread.

  7. Fill the banana bread dough into the baking pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
